Here, I offer for sale my beloved Ferrari 308 GTB, original european dry-sump. 

 

Swiss car from new, the car was delivered in November 1978 and was owned very shortly by the first owner, a doctor in Basel. It was then purchased in March 1979 by its previous owner, and purchased by myself in 2013.

 

The car is presented in its original, factory delivered condition and the car is an unrestored, matching numbers car. The paintwork is original, and is still rich in colour. The interior is the original upholstery and the leather is still fresh and soft. 

 

The specifications of the car are unique, as it was ordered without airconditioning or radio, but with a sports exhaust system from ANSA, deep front spoiler and 16 inch speedline wheels. All these items are still presented on the car.

 

The car holds all its original documents, including the service book which has been filled out. Throughout all its life, the car has only been serviced by official Ferrari workshops, which is documented by the service book. Furthermore, the toolkit and a bespoke, tailored piece of luggage made in Italy on delivery to the second owner is presented with the car.

 

In Switzerland, it was first delivered and serviced by Garage RUFF in Offtringen. From 1985, when the previous owner moved from Bern to Lugano, it was serviced by Lorris Kessel. This continued until my ownership started on the 21st of September 2013. 

 

I received the car in Copenhagen on November 5th, and it has ever since been serviced by Formula Official Ferrari & Maserati Dealership, Copenhagen. 

 

In 2017, the Official Ferrari Service Center handled a complete engine renovation to ensure a continuously healthy state of the engine. The engine was completely taken apart and during spring of 2017, put back together with a marvellous result. All this, is documented via bills and 300 high resolution photographs.

 

It is by far one of the best driving 308 GTB’s which is still in an unrestored condition, but with completely care taken running gear and wonderful history.

 

The car has been a great part of my life, and with it I have undertaken many wonderful long distance voyages, including visiting the original owner in Switzerland. Also in my professional life as a musician, it has been an inspiration and has appeared next to me frequently. 

 

It is with regret that I list it for sale, and ask for only serious inquiries or offers.
